Your information (including information collected by third parties which they share with us ) will be stored and protected by us in accordance with our Code of Ethics (see Cybersecurity below) as well as in accordance with applicable law and regulations. We safeguard your information with the same degree of care that we use to safeguard our own business information. Our industry best practices are designed to provide adequate threat protection services to mitigate the impact of any attack from any access point to our systems where your information is stored; however we do not warrant or guarantee that a breach will not occur.
